By using this website, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the website accordingly. Olive Foot Clinic only grants use and access of this website, its products, and its services to those who have accepted its terms.
By using this service you confirm that you have understood all the questions and answered them to the best of your knowledge, and that the photograph(s) uploaded are of your own body.
The information you provided during booking and during the WhatsApp consultation must be accurate and as detailed as possible in order for us to effectively assess you.

Age restriction
You must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age before you can use this website. By using this website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and you may legally adhere to this Agreement. Olive Foot Clinic assumes no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.
Services we offer
Through our website we offer ‘online consultations’ via WhatsApp with a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registered podiatrist. In addition to giving you advice and information on your health, our experts may also recommend a clinic appointment for assessment and/or treatment. You can also purchase any products/services we may sell and book clinic appointments for conservative treatment as well as nail surgery.
To obtain services and schedule consultations, you must provide some details on the website.
You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate and complete information.
We may decline your order for services or products under certain circumstances, including:
1. If for some unforeseen circumstances a podiatrist is not available. In this case, a full refund will be provided for this consultation. We will try to accommodate the problems by arranging another appointment if possible.
2. Your payment method is declined.
3. If a product you have ordered is out of stock. In this case a full refund will be provided.
You must provide us with accurate, honest and complete information about your medical situation, both when responding to our queries using the website and during any type of consultation (both virtual and face to face. You also confirm photographs you provide are of your own body.
The online/virtual consultation will be conducted via the app known as WhatsApp. The outcome of the consultation will be documented within WhatsApp. We shall retain consultation records in accordance with the applicable law and regulation, however we are not in charge of keeping track of your medical records. You can receive a copy of your consultation via email if you request for it.
Please note if antibiotics are needed these can be provided by your General Practitioner (GP). We will provide you with a prescription request that can be handed to your GP reception desk. This can only be provided after a face to face consultation. Most GPs accept this and prescribe appropriate antibiotics without the need for a face to face appointment. However, some may still want to see you for a consultation. This is out of our control . In order to receive a prescription request you will need to provide photo id, such as passport or driving license.
Cancellation, Refunds and Returns Policy
We ‘Olive Foot Clinic ’ will try to contact you ‘the patient’ on two occasions for an online consultation. This will be done via the WhatsApp. If we don't get a response the appointment will be deemed as not attended by you. If you fail to attend a face to face appointment no refund will be issued.
A patient who wishes to cancel or rebook a pre-paid consultation will need to contact us 24 hours before the appointment time in order to be eligible for a refund. The refund will be retuned within 28 days to the original payment method. Please contact us at the following e-mail address to cancel your booking contact@olivefootclinic.co.uk.
Late or missing refunds. If you have not received a refund within 28 days, first check your bank account details and or your credit card account, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@olivefootclinic.co.uk.
Payment
The price of a consultation/product will be the price indicated on the website when you booked the consultation/product. In order to pay for the services/products, you will need to provide payment card details at the time of your order. You must have appropriate authority to use the payment card which you use for payment.
We will not store your payment card details, but rather use a third-party payment provider, who is Trust payments. You agree to Trust payments using your card details to authorise your payment for the consultation. If you would like more information about their privacy policy, please contact trust payments.
You must make an advance payment for the consultation/product when you place the order.
Intellectual property
You agree that all materials, products, and services provided on this website are the property of Olive Foot Clinic, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensor's including all copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, patents, and other intellectual property. You also agree that you will not reproduce or redistribute the Olive Foot Clinic intellectual property in any way, including electronic, digital, or new trademark registrations.
You grant Olive Foot Clinic a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish. For issues regarding intellectual property claims, you should contact the company in order to come to an agreement.
User accounts
As a user of this website, you may be asked to register with us and provide private information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information, and you are responsible for maintaining the safety and security of your identifying information. You are also responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.
If you think there are any possible issues regarding the security of your account on the website, inform us immediately so we may address them accordingly.
We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Disputes
Any dispute related in any way to your use of this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by a court within UK and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

You agree to indemnify Olive Foot Clinic and its affiliates and hold Olive Foot Clinic harmless against legal claims and demands that may arise from your use or misuse of our services. We reserve the right to select our own legal counsel.
Limitation on liability
Olive Foot Clinic is not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our website.

Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time you accepted these terms, both we and you knew it might happen.
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We are not liable for business losses. The website and our services are for domestic and private use. If you use the website or our services for any commercial, business or resale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Events that are not under our control are not our responsibility. If an event beyond our control causes a delay in the services we provide, in providing assistance for the website, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know and take action to lessen the impact of the delay. If we follow these steps, we won't be responsible for delays brought on by the event, but if there is a chance of a significant delay, you can get in touch with us to cancel your contract and get a refund for any services you paid for but did not get.
Internet Security. Please be aware that notwithstanding any explicit notification to the contrary, internet transmissions are never totally private or secure, and that any message or information you submit over the website could be accessed or intercepted by third parties.
We conduct online/virtual consultations using WhatsApp. We use this app because WhatsApp encrypts every message sent on its platform which means the only people who can decode it are the sender and the receiver. See https://www.whatsapp.com/security. If you are not satisfied with this level of security, do not book a consultation for our services. We cannot be held responsible for WhatsApp services.
We are not responsible for other websites you link to. The website or our services may contain links to other independent websites or include referrals to third parties. Such independent sites or third parties are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content or actions. You will need to make your own independent judgement about whether to use any such independent sites or third parties, including whether to buy any products or services offered by them.
WE MAY END YOUR RIGHTS TO USE OUR SERVICES/PRODUCTS AND THE SERVICES IF YOU BREAK THESE TERMS
If you have seriously violated these conditions, we have the right to terminate your access to our services/products and services at any time by contacting you. We will offer you a fair chance to make things right if what you did can be rectified.
